Seventeen students of leading Siberian universities – Omsk State Technical University (Omsk) and Siberian Federal University (Krasnoyarsk) – were awarded personal scholarships by Transneft Western Siberia.
Students attending Lyceum No. 64, a state-funded educational institution in Omsk, have visited Omsk line operation dispatcher station (LODS) of Omsk Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (RPD) of Transneft Western Siberia. The introductory tour was organised as part of the thematic Year of Occupational Safety.
Krasnoyarsk Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (a branch of Transneft Western Siberia) has held an emergency response drill (ERD) on accident elimination at the Omsk – Irkutsk oil trunk pipeline’s underwater crossing over the Kan River in Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The first round of driver training under the traffic safety enhancement programme has finished at Transneft Western Siberia. In February 2019, the training was completed by 45 employees from two branches of the Company – Omsk Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (RPD) and Omsk Base of Production and Technical Maintenance and Equipment Procurement (OBPTM&EP).
In 2019, specialists of Transneft Western Siberia will revamp nine sections of the Omsk – Irkutsk, Anzhero-Sudzhensk – Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk – Irkutsk oil trunk pipelines (OTPs). The total length of the sections is about 109 km.
An emergency response drill (ERD) has been held at the Omsk-Pavlodar oil trunk pipeline’s (OTP) underwater crossing on the Om River, which is under the responsibility of Omsk Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (RPD) (a branch of Transneft Western Siberia).
Transneft Western Siberia has summed up the results of technical measures taken to implement the Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Enhancement Programme in 2018, its goal being rational use of fuel and energy resources in operational activities.
